Here is how you make Bengal Tiger Curry Chicken:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except the chicken in a medium sized bowl. Spread 2-3 tsp of this mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish. Place thawed chicken, 6 pieces, into the dish one next to the other. Pour the remaining mixture over top of the chicken. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove tin foil and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven when the top is lightly browned. Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve over Jasmine rice. Enjoy!Serving Size:?Serves 6
