Put all the spices in a one-gallon plastic bag. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the bag and shake to coat chicken.2. Brown the chicken in 1 T. oil. If the pan needs more moisture, add a little water. Transfer chicken to a plate to keep it warm.3. Add orange juice, chicken broth and jelly to the pan. Bring to a boil and cook 3-5 minutes until thick. Stir in the sour cream.4.
