1 brick, S/B Golden Curry, Mild Green
2 Red bell peppers
3 c. broccoli
1 yellow onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1.5 c. water


How Do I Make Chicken Green Curry?

Here is how you make Chicken Green Curry:

saute onion until soft, over medium high heat. Remove onion from pan and put in bottom of crock pot. Turn down heat to medium and brown chicken thighs, roughly 2 minutes per side, almost cooked through. Add chicken into crock pot. Break up curry brick and sprinkle over the chicken. Cut bell pepper into strips, potatoes into quarters and broccoli into florets. Add on top of chicken. Add in roughly .5 cups of water and set crock pot on high for 2 hours. Add in one more cup of water, let simmer on low for an additional 2 hours.
