1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Curry powder
20 g Plain white flour (UK)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw


How Do I Make Chicken Katsu Curry?

Here is how you make Chicken Katsu Curry:

Half the flour. Dip the chicken in half and then in the egg. Then roll in the bread crumbs. Put chicken in a frying pan with some oil. Whilst cooking out the rice on. In another pan mix the rest of the flour and curry powder and oil in a pan and mix. Gradually pour in roughly 50ml of water. Add the honey and soy sauce and allow to simmer down. Once chicken and rice is cooked, put the rice in the bowl and slice chicken and place on top. Drizzle the sauce over.
