1. Cut chicken into cubes, add a dash of salt & pepper and saute until golden. Set aside. 2. Saute onion, garlic, pepper. ginger & bouillon cube about 4-5 min. Bouillon cube will soften & can be mashed into other ingredients.3. Combine coconut milk & cornstarch, whisk until cornstarch is dissolved. Add to the onion mixture.4. Add chicken back to pan. 5.
