Sautee garlic & onion in olive oil until onion starts to wilt. Add chicken & carrot slices. Cook until chicken is browned. LINE CROCK POT w/ Reynolds crock pot liner. Add beans, lentils, mushrooms, tomaotechicken broth, fish sauce, curry paste and chicken mixture. Cook on low for 8 hours. Add can of coconut milk & stir 15 minutes before serving.
