Remove chicken from broth and set aside. Save broth for later. Sautee onion and celery in margarine or butter until tender. In a seperate bowl, mix flour, curry, ginger, salt & pepper. Add slowly to onions and celery, stirring quickly. Add chicken broth while stirring quickly until sauce is a good consistency. Add at least 1/2 cup milk. Add the cubed apple. Stir in cubed chicken pieces last. Serve over rice with any of the listed condiments or alone.
