Cook till browned. (I often remove the onions once cooked and then cook chicken on its own) Once chicken is browned a bit add the onion back. Add the Chicken broth and let it cook when reduced by half add dijon. Keep cooking till almost a sauce and not as watery. Serve with side of veggies or salad.
