Here is how you make Chicken and Dumplings in Broth:

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and chop veggies. Spray a large skillet, cook chicken on medium-high heat until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and keep warm. In same skillet, add veggies. Cook on medium heat until tender and onions are almost translucent. Add broth and chicken to skillet and simmer 30 minutes. While waiting, make dumplings by mixing .5cup flour with .5tsp baking powder and .5tsp salt. Add up to .25cup milk, just until moist. After the 30 minutes are up, drop the dumpling mixture by rounded tsp into skillet and simmer another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
