Here is how you make Mimaws Chicken and Dumplings:

Boil whole chicken Put in stock pot cover completely with water aporx 2 inches over chicken. Boil until chicken is falling from bones. Keep the water level up through the process or it will go dry. Repeat until all dumplings are in stock if it becomes to full or thick add water or fat free chicken stock not in calorie count mind you. Now chicken is cool debone chicken answer remove all fat. Add to dumplings in bite size pieces. Continue to cook on low for another 15 or 20 mins.
