For dumplings:Mix self-rising flour, applesauce and almond milk together. Roll on floured surface until 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 1-inch squares and set aside. Bring broth to boil. Add chicken and dumplings. Return to boil. Mix evaporated milk and flour. When dumplings and chicken are boiling, add milk mixture.
