Here is how you make Rachel's Chicken and Dumplings:

Boil chicken breasts until done. Remove the breasts and pull apart. Place the meat back into the liquid it cooked in. Add 1 cup of the milk to the liquid. Bring back to a rolling boil. In the meantime, mix the dry ingredients. Cut in shortening until it looks like meal. Stir in remaining milk. Drop dough by spoonfuls into the liquid.
