Here is how you make Easy But Elegant Chicken Supreme:

Pound chicken until thin. Dredge chicken in flour. Brown chicken in olive oil until cooked. Remove and set aside. Place mushrooms in pan and sprinkle with remaining flour. Sautee for a few minutes. Add chicken broth and cooking wine and stir until sauce begins to thicken. Put chicken back into the pan. Top each breast with a slice of cheese and cover pan just until cheese melts.
