Heat oil & butter in pan; add onions and apples. While onions and apples soften, cut up chicken breast. Add chicken. Mix curry powder, soy sauce and water together; add to pan. Cover and simmer 30 min or until chicken is tender and cooked through. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream or coconut milk.
