4 tsp sea salt

1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp paprika

1.Preheat oven to 400.2. prepare an oven grilling tray. Use a lined baking sheet and set grill rack on top. Brush grill with olive oil so chicken wont stick.3. In a small bowl mix all the seasoning except the paprika and divide in half.4. Add paprika to the second half and mix well into the chicken pieces. Set aside.5. Mix the almond flour with the remaining half of the seasoning in a bowl.6. In another bowl whisk together the egg and almond milk.7. Taking one chicken piece at a time, dip in egg and milk mixture and coat in flour, then set on a plate. Let the chicken sit for 10 minutes.8.
