4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs
10 Tablespoons 30 minute marinade teriyaki with pineapple juice ( I used Kroger brand)
3 quarter inch slices of onion
1 clove or garlic (minced)
1 Cup Crushed Del Monte Pineapple


How Do I Make Quick and Easy Teriyaki Chicken Thighs?

Here is how you make Quick and Easy Teriyaki Chicken Thighs:

Put the chicken sauce in a nonstick skillet with 5 tbsp. of the marinade. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the garlic and onion and continue to cook on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes longer.While the chicken is cooking open the pineapple and dump the juice into a saucepan. Add the remaining 5 tbsp. of marinade and 1 cup of pineapple. Bring the sauce to a boil, then simmer on medium low to low heat until the chicken is done.When the chicken is done use tongs to put it on the plate. Add some of the onions that you cooked with the chicken if you desire.Add a three tablespoons with the pineapple over the chicken and enjoy.4 Servings Total.1 chicken thigh and 3 tablespoons of sauce per serving.This meal is good served over brown rice.
