In a small bowl mix together the butter and garlic pure? to form a ball. Transfer the mixture to the middle of a length of cling-film and roll into a sausage shape. Place in the freezer until firm but not frozen.Cut a long, shallow slit along the length of the chicken breasts. Take half of the garlic mixture and devide equally between the chicken breasts, stuffing the mixture into the cuts. Pinch the slits until the chicken breasts are as closed as they can be. Keep the rest of the garlic mixture in the freezer for next time.Arrange your flour, breadcrumbs, and egg into three seperate dishes. Taken one chicken breast and roll it in the flour until it is lightly coated. Next, dip it in the egg. Then roll in in the breadcrumbs. Place on a baking tray. Repeat the process until all the chicken breasts are breaded. Pre-heat the oven to gas 6/200?c and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
