4 chicken breast, cut into strips
1-2 cups low-fat buttermilk
2 cups flour
Tony Chachere's original Creole Seasoning, about a half of a cup
4 slightly beaten egg whites.


How Do I Make Chicken Strips?

Here is how you make Chicken Strips:

In a large baking pan, mix the buttermilk and egg whites. Then set aside. Take your chicken strips and season well with the Creole Seasoning. DO NOT USE SALT!!! After you have seasoned your chicken, marinate in the buttermilk mixture. About an hour. You don't have too. 30 min. would work, I just think the chicken taste better if it marinates longer. When you are ready to start cooking the chicken, get the flour ready. You can also add a little more of the Creole seasoning to the flour if you like. Take one of your marinated strips. Shake off any excess marinate, then coat well with flour. Place on well sprayed, baking sheet. Do the same with the rest. Bake at 350 degrees. Until chicken is cooked through.
