Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Snip Cilantro. combine cilantro, chicken, soup, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, sour cream, chilis, 1 tsp chili powder and cumin. Mix well. Spray 9" square baker with cooking spray. Fill Tortillas with mixture and arrange in pan with seam side of the tortilla down. Top with remaining mixture and rest of chili powder and cheese.
