Here is how you make Stephanie's Abs Diet Chicken Enchiladas:

Heat oven to 400°F. Dice chicken & brown over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in 1 cup enchilada sauce, 1 cup cheese, flaxseed, beans & corn. Spoon enchilada filling onto 6 tortillas evenly. Sprinkle raw cilantro over mixture evenly on tortillas. Roll up and place seam-side down in lightly greased 13X9X2" baking dish.
