Here is how you make Chicken Enchiladas - Low Fat and Cholesterol:

Cut chicken into small pieces. Cook with garlic and onions in non-stick skillet until no longer pink. Fill each tortilla with chicken and some cheese. (Reserve some cheese for topping.) Roll up and place in 9 x 13 baking dish, seam side down.Combine soup and enchilada mix. Pour over enchiladas.Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes in 375 degree oven. Remove foil.
