2 jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup light sour cream reduce fat
1/2 cup pace thick and chunky salsa (mild)

Wash and dry chicken. Remove skin if desired. Heat a frying pan add oil. Fry Chicken cook until all sides are browned. Set aside chicken. Chop onion and Jalapeno (leave seeds in if you want it real hot).In same frying pan add onion and jalapenos. Cook until soft add garlic powder. Stir so that garlic powder don't burn . Add chicken broth, paprika and salt. Put chicken back pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Chicken should be done. Remove chicken and set it aside. With the sauce in pan add sour cream, salsa and pepper. Stir until blended.
