16 oz ground chicken breast
1 Jar ragu lite alfredo sauce
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3oz of finley shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 cup onion chopped
2 clves garlic minced
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Here is how you make Low Fat Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells:

Perheat oven to 350. Cook shells and follow directions.In a large sautee pan spray with butter flavored cooking spray when heated add onion, sautee until tender ( use spray as needed) now add a little chicken broth and add mushrooms sautee until mushrooms are soft. Now add garlic, ground chicken breast and salt, break up chicken it will stick to pan but keep moving it around, now add rest of chicken broth and cook until chicken is done. set aside in pan. in a medium pot add alfredo sauce, milk, pepper and grated cheese. Cook until flavors are combine. Add 3/4 of a cup of the sauce to the chicken mixture and stir together. Get the shells and fill with mixture. Put stuffed shels in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish pur remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with shredded mozzarela cheese bake until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
