add diced chicken to a pan add water then boil, when chicken looks white + cooked drain. (now add fresh water just enought to cover chicken, put bk on stove med heat add all ingrediants (apart from the soup) place a lid on the pan so the veg can steam in the pan with the herbs. once the veg is cooked and alot of the water has evaporated add the condensened soup, the soup will look creamy.once the soup is cooked... u ready to serve. i add new potatoes to make a nice low fat meal.Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user BAILEYS876.
