Fresh Basil 2 Tblsp. Fresh Rosemary 1 Tblsp. Fresh Parsley 2 Tblsp. Olive Oil 1 C (8 oz) Fat Free Sour Cream How Do I Make Momma's Chicken Stroggenuff?Here is how you make Momma's Chicken Stroggenuff: Heat deep frying pan and add 2 Tblsp. olive oil. Cut up the onion; bell pepper and garlic and add to pan making sure the heat is not too high so veggies will sautee and not burn. Next chop up the chicken breasts into approx 1'' x 1'' cubes and add to sauteeing veggies. Remember to stir every few minutes. Next Heat 3 C. Low sodium/Low fat chicken stock and add the 3 C. pasta when stock begins to boil. Turn down heat and cover pasta. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Add the othe 1/2C. chicken stock to the sauteeing chicken and veggies. Turn heat down on sautee pan and let simmer while pasta is cooking, approx 20 min. After pasta is finished cooking add 1C. (8 oz) Fat Free Sour Cream to chicken and veggie mix and add all to the pasta. Stir all together. Let cool for approx 5 minutes prior to serving.
