Copied from Recipezaar.com #256734. This recipe is awesome! I served it with cut green beans with butter and oregano and garlic bread sticks. I also used a red pepper (didn't have a green one) and still tasted wonderful! I did not use the parsley. Will probably add some kalamata olives on top next time too. Will definitely make again!

Place chicken breasts in dish and randomly pierce with fork (to allow lemon juice to absorb into chicken).Sprinkle 2 T lemon juice over chicken and season with salt and pepper.Top evenly with feta cheese, green pepper, chopped tomatoes and scallions, reserving a portion of green stems for garnishing later.Drizzle with remaining lemon juice.Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes until cooked through.Before serving, sprinkle with diced scallion greens and chopped parsley.
