Here is how you make Crispy Dijon Oven Fried Chicken:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix together the yogurt, the dijon mustard, 1tsp garlic (can also add salt and pepper to taste, I do about 1/4 tsp of each). I use a casserole dish for this.Pound the chicken breasts so that they are fairly even and thin.
