1/8 C coconut flour
*Coat hearts with flour

1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic

In pan, melt bacon grease and saute onions & garlic adding hearts. Fry until close to cooked, add 1/2 c water to finish cooking. Salt & pepper to taste. I added sage salt & rosemary salt for additional flavor.

**I don't eat the gravy (on Paleo there is no rice or potato to put it on...but my dogs love it!
