24 oz. Chicken Breast
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil



How Do I Make Healthier Pan Fried Chicken?

Here is how you make Healthier Pan Fried Chicken:

1. If you are using buttermilk from a powder, mix it up in a bowl & put it a side.2. In a big bowl, mix up all of the dry ingredients.3. Cut chicken into strips.4. Put Coconut Oil in a 12-inch skillet & over medium heat. After melting, oil should be 1/8 inch deep in bottom of pan.5. Dip chicken in buttermilk. Then, coat the chicken pieces with the flour mixture. Place chicken pieces into the hot pan.6. Cook the pieces until they are a golden brown color on all sides, approximately 10 minutes.7. Reduce the pan heat to a low simmer. Cover the pan tightly. Allow the chicken to simmer for 20 minutes. Turning the pieces a couple of times.8. After 20 minutes, remove the cover & continue to simmer the chicken pieces for another 10 minutes. Turning the chicken 2 times. Allowing the chicken to crisp.9. Serve & Enjoy!PS.
