Here is how you make Jami's Fried Chicken Dashed:

Cut breasts in half thickness wise - then cut each piece in half again to make a smaller, thinner piece of chicken. Rinse. Add olive oil to non-stick skillet and heat to medium heat. Lightly flour each piece of chicken and add to pan. Cook on one side till lightly brown. Turn and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash (to your taste). When other side is lightly brown turn again and sprinkle Mrs. Dash on that side. Don't leave too long as it will burn. After a minute turn again, Sprinkle with a little more Mrs. Dash.
