1/4 c all-purpse flour
1 tsp paprika

How Do I Make Light Fried Chicken?

Here is how you make Light Fried Chicken:

Mix flours, paprika, salt and pepper in large ziplock bag. Rinse chicken breasts and place them one at a time in the ziplock bag. Heat oil in large frying pan and place breaded chicken breasts in it. Fry chicken for 5 minutes then turn over and fry for another 5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for 5 more minutes.Mix remaining flour mixture, broth and milk in a small pot. Heat over low/medium heat, stirring continuously until gravy thickens.
