1 lb Chicken Breast with skin and fat removed
1 or less cup Olive Oil
2-3 cups flour
To taste Everglades Chicken Seasoning (or any other seasoning)

How Do I Make Pan Fried Chicken?

Here is how you make Pan Fried Chicken:

In large flat container mix flour and seasoning.Heat a non stick skillet on medium heat. While pan is heating wet chicken with water then dredge through flour mixture.Once pan is heated pour in olive oil enough to cover the bottom of the pan but not fill it.Immediatly place the chicken in the pan and increas the heat slightly to compensate for tempurature loss.Cook on one side till it is browned about halfway up the side of the breast and flip. Cook untill the other side is equally browned. (about 8-10 mins per side depending on the thickness)Remove breast from pan and place on a cooling rack over a pan to catch the excess oil.
