Here is how you make Moroccan Chicken with Fruit and Olive Topping:

Rub chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme. Heat half the oil in skillet and add chicken to pan. Cook about 4 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan and cover to keep warm. To pan add remaining oil and add onion. Saute 2 min or till tender. Add garlic, fruit, olives, broth and wine to pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until liquid is nearly evaporated and fruit has been re-hydrated. Top chicken breasts with fruit topping.
