- 1/4 cup roasted, unsalted whole almonds
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 4 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 TBsp Grated Parmesean

Here is how you make Garlic Almond Parmesean Chicken:

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle Chipotle rub on both sides of chicken breasts and place on an aluminum foil lined sheet pan.- In a food processor, mini-chopper, or blender make a coarse paste of the almonds, garlic, and oil.
