Boneless skinless chicken breast (1 lb)

Here is how you make Garlic Chicken Penne with Kale:

Cut chicken into one inch pieces, chop bell pepper into thin one inch pieces, and shred kale. Mince garlic, heat small skillet, add garlic. Cook garlic three minutes over med-low heat. While garlic cooks, start water for pasta in a large sauce pan. Add chicken pieces to garlic, stir to cook thoroughly. Add pasta to boiling water, boil for 7 minutes, then add pepper pieces and kale, cook two minutes more. Drain water from pasta/kale/peppers. Add garlic. and chicken and stir. You can serve as is, sometimes I add pesto and a tablespoon of olive oil.
