Here is how you make Garlic Chicken Thighs:

Peel the skin off thighs and rinse. Preheat a cast iron pan with 2 Tbs. oil and 3 cloves sliced garlic. Add thighs and let sear for about 30 sec. Then add soy sauce (tamari) and enough water to about the half way mark up the side of the thigh. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, flip and simmer 15 minutes more.
