2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (8.5 oz) pouch Kashi Our Original 7 Whole Grain Pilaf, warmed according to the "microwave in pouch" instructions
Salt, to taste (adjust accordingly)

Here is how you make Poached Garlic Chicken with Whole Grain Pilaf and Mushrooms:

1. Bring the water, broth, thyme, and garlic to a boil in a skillet. Add chicken and mushrooms to broth and cook on medium-high heat, covered, for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove chicken breasts to plate and cover with tinfoil. Let rest while finishing the dish. Also, discard thyme stems. 2.
