2 TBS Honey, 2 tbsp
1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
1/4 tsp Thyme, ground,
1/4 tsp Pepper, red and black blend
1/4 Salt
4 boneless skinless Chicken Breast Halves
1TBS Butter, salted
2 Clementines (or 1 larger seedless orange, I only had clementines on hand when I made this)


How Do I Make Citrus-Ginger Chicken?

Here is how you make Citrus-Ginger Chicken:

1) Mix orange juice, lime juice, honey, ginger, and thyme in medium bowl.2) Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper blend over chicken. cook chicken in skillet 3-4 minutes, turning once, until brown. Stir in juice mixture. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low. cover and cook 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.3) remove chicken to warm plate. Heat sauce in skillet to boiling. Add butter.
