1/4 c Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 c Canola Oil
Juice of 1 lime
2 T Fresh Ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
zest of 1 lime


2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, bite sized- pieces
1 Red Bell Pepper, bite-sized pieces
1 medium Red Onion, bite-sized pieces
1/2 a Pineapple, bite sized-pieces

Here is how you make Ginger Lime Chicken Kabobs:

Mix together ingredients for marinade. If you like, you can use a hand blender or food processor to make this quicker. Pour half into a ziplock bag and add chicken breasts, allowing to marinate for at least 25 minutes or overnight. Combine half the marinade with onions and peppers for 20-30 minutes. Heat your grill to 400 degrees F and cook for 3-5 minutes on both sides until chicken is done and peppers/onions are blackened slightly.
