Ginger Sauce:
1 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Cup Cooking Sherry
2 TBSP Vinegar
1/2 TBSP Fresh Ginger
1/2 TBSP Fresh minced Garlic
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil in a sauce pan

- Add Chicken to the Ginger sauce - return to boil. Pour in baking dish and bake at 375 for 30 minutes - stirring halfway through the baking time.

Garnish with sesame seeds and slices of celery. Serve with jasmine white rice.
