Prepare rice according to package directions or your preference. I use brown rice in a rice cooker. Slice chicken breast into bite- size pieces. (easier if a little frozen) slice green onion into little rings avoid the roots and end. drain oranges set aside in a separate bowl with chopped onion. Combine orange juice with crystallized ginger, garlic and teriyaki sauce/marinade. Add chicken to marinade (tastes better if you have time to let it sit for an hour or overnight).Heat large skillet with a little non stick spray add chicken and marinade cook til no longer pink add oranges and onion heat through until chicken is cooked and oranges hot and onion is tender.Serve with rice and a nice cup of green tea hot or iced.
