1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed
4 c chicken stock
8 oz penne
4 Tbsp butter
.25 c flour
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne
3 c fresh bread crumbs
8 oz gruyere, grated
1/4 + 3/8 c parmesan cheese, grated
1.5 c milk
0.5 c Greek yogurt

Here is how you make Chicken gratin:

Shred chicken. Stock can be made from the bones or just bought. Cook pasta until al dente. Melt butter, cook garlic 1 minute, add flour, cook 3 minutes. Add milk & stock. Boil 10 minutes. Mix in yogurt, spices, 1 c gruyere & 1/4 c parmesan. Add chicken & drained pasta. In separate bowl, mix bread crumbs with remaining cheeses.
