Here is how you make Chicken With Reduced Gravy:

Heat oil until almost sizzling. Add a dash of each spice to the pan. Place thawed chicken breasts in the hot pan and cover immediately. Reduce to medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes and turn. This should make it's own juice if you leave a lid on it. Add the flour and whisk. Cover and reduce heat to the lowest setting. Cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and slice the chicken into small slivers. Let the chicken stand in the gravy for about 5 more minutes while you prepare steamed veggies or a salad.
