1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup kens steak house garlic and herb marinade
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup whole wheat flour


How Do I Make Rotisserie Chicken and Gravy?

Here is how you make Rotisserie Chicken and Gravy:

Mix together the worcestershire sauce, kens garlic and herb marinade and the water. Set aside.Break down the chicen into 8 parts. Cut the backbone out and lay the chicken open inside facing up. Pop the bone that run down the middle of the breast and you should be able to pull that out.Take the skin off as much of the chicken as you can and debone the chicken. Put the chicken pieces into the mariande and let set 2hours or up to ovenight.When ready to cook, place chicken in roisserie basket and cook according to manufacturers instructions. Meanwhile put the remaining marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil, boil for 2 minutes. To this add the margarine and let melt then add the flour and combine well. Add the remainig water and whisk until completely incorporated and heated through.To serve cut each chicken breast in half crosswise to make 10 portions of chicken.
