Here is how you make Greek Chicken Pitas:

slice chicken breasts and toss with olive oil, lime juice, oregano and mediterranean seasoning. Let marinate for approx 20 min. Meanwhile, mix sour cream, cucumber, dill and garlic, cover and refrigerate. (can be made a day ahead for flavors to blend even better!) Chop lettuce, slice tomatoes and onion. Warm Pitas in oven until pliable. Remove chicken from marinade and cook in skillet until no longer pink, approx 10 min.To assemble:Spread 2 tsp of hummus on warm pita. Top with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and a sprinkling of feta for zip.
