Take the raw chicken breast and put in gallon size zip top baggie. Add 1 cup yogurt, oregano, chopped up garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and squeeze juice of one lemon as well as some of the zest to baggie and mix/combine well, coating chicken completely.
