3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper (1 medium)
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup water
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 cups hot cooked couscous
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)

Here is how you make Greek Style Chicken Skillet:

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in a 12" skillet over medium heat for 12 - 15 minutes (I cook with a little water instead of oil to reduce calories). Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.Add the zucchini, green peppers, onion, garlic and black pepper to the skillet. Add the water and reduce heat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring once or twice. Stir in the soup. Bring to boiling then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring once.To serve, divide the couscous among 4 dinner plates. Place chicken on top of couscous. Spoon the vegetable mixture over chicken and couscous.
