In a large resealable bag, combine 1/4 cup balsamic, 1 Tbsp olive oil, garlic powder and pepper and shake to mix. Add chicken breasts to bag and seal. Place bag in refrigerator and marinate at least 30 minutes. 2. Remove chicken from marinade and discard extra liquid. Place chicken on a preheated grill and cook 8 - 9 minutes per side, or until cooked through. 3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove the ends of asparagus and line a cookie sheet with tinfoil. Place asparagus in a single layer on prepared sheet and drizzle lightly with 1 Tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with salt and place on top rack of oven. 4. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until tender.5.
