1. Clean and rinse off Chicken Thighs.2. Sprinkle the Creole Seasoning onto the Chicken Thighs.3. Let the Chicken Thighs sit for about 15 minutes or more.4. Spray some Pam onto a griddle and then heat on high.5. Place the Chicken Thighs onto the griddle and cook until juices run clear. Do not overcook.After seasoning the Chicken Thighs, I will let them marinate with for at least 15 minutes.
