Here is how you make Greek Style grilled boneless/skinless chicken tights:

Salt and Pepper to taste the chicken tights and set aside. In a plastic bowl large enough to hold the meat, mix the yogurt with the lemon juice, dry oregano, garlic and parsley. Add the ckicken to the bowl and mix it well with the marinade. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours or overnight. Heat grill to 400F. Take chicken out of the marinade leaving just a small amount of marinade over them. Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side on hot grill until desired doness.
